1. Program name
NIROVA AI Service Updates
2. Description and message types
When you opt in via the SMS-consent checkbox on our contact form at /contact, we may send you SMS messages of the following types:
- Inquiry follow-up. Confirmation that we received your inquiry and a follow-up to schedule a conversation about an AI Business Audit or AIOS Implementation.
- Service updates. If you become a client, status updates regarding ongoing AI Business Audits, AIOS Implementations, or scheduled optimization reviews.
- Account-related notifications. If you have an account at
app.nirovaai.com, account-related notifications such as password resets initiated by you, scheduled maintenance windows, or compliance-required notices.
We do not use this SMS program for cold outreach, broadcast marketing, third-party promotions, or messages unrelated to your inquiry or active engagement.
3. Message frequency
Message frequency varies. Typical activity is one to four messages per month, depending on the stage of your inquiry or engagement. Frequency may increase temporarily during an active engagement (for example, during the audit or implementation phase).
4. Message and data rates
Message and data rates may apply. Messages are sent via your wireless carrier; standard rates from your plan apply. NIROVA AI does not charge a separate fee to receive these messages, but we are not responsible for charges your carrier applies.
5. Opt out
You may opt out of NIROVA AI Service Updates at any time by replying STOP to any message we send. After we receive your STOP request, we will:
- Stop sending you messages within one business day.
- Send you a single confirmation that you have been unsubscribed.
If you opt out and later want to re-enroll, you may resubmit the contact form at nirovaai.com/contact with the SMS-consent checkbox checked, or email intake@nirovaai.com and ask to opt back in.
6. Help
For help, reply HELP to any message. We will respond with our contact information. You may also email intake@nirovaai.com at any time.
7. Consent is not a condition of any purchase
Your consent to receive SMS messages from NIROVA AI is not required to receive any service from us, and is not a condition of any purchase. You may submit the contact form, request an AI Business Audit, become a client, and receive all services without ever opting in to SMS. If you would prefer email-only or phone-only communication, indicate that in your message and we will honor your preference.
8. Eligible carriers
This program is intended for U.S. mobile-phone subscribers. We do not represent that messages will be delivered on every carrier. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
9. Data we collect when you opt in
When you check the SMS-consent box on our contact form, we record:
- The timestamp of your consent (UTC)
- A hashed (one-way) representation of your IP address
- A truncated string identifying your browser
- The exact wording of the SMS-consent statement you agreed to
This consent record is retained for as long as required by applicable law (typically four years for TCPA recordkeeping).
10. No mobile-opt-in sharing
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
11. Changes to this program
We may modify these SMS Terms or the program at any time. The effective date at the top reflects the most recent change. Material changes will be reflected here; if you are an active enrollee, we will additionally notify you by SMS or email.
